      After I posted the question, I realized I hadn’t checked the permissions. Once I disinherited from the parent, everything is functioning properly.

        I’ve encountered something similar. My form saves however when trying to edit some of the forms, we occasionally receive that message. I’ve attached the error message from the developer tab.

          Sending an update: My newform occasionally times out. It doesn’t happen all the time but for every 14 attempts only one fails to open. I have a custom .js file which I replaced all the $ with jQuery since that’s the error received when the form times out.

          I get this message in Chrome and I get this message in IE (see attachments).

              This is the error message received when trying to open the firm.
              SCRIPT5007: unable to get property ‘id’ of undefined or null reference.

              Note I’m unable to open the form. It’s timing out.

                Thank you. I followed the instructions outlined above however when I went to the Export, import and restore tab and selected Browse restore points and delete configuration, the delete option is grayed out.
