New DFFS form not opening

I created a new DFFS form which opens for me when I click new item. I sent the link to others to test the new form and they are unable to open the new item. When they click new item, the form launches but it just keeps spinning. The form doesn’t time out and they tried in both IE and Chrome with the same results.
What could be causing this issue?

This sounds like it might be a permission issue. All users must have read access to the /SPJS/DFFS folder for the scripts to load.

If this is not the problem you can try hitting F12 to bring up the developer tools and look at the “Console” when loading the form to see if there are any error messages.

This is the error message received when trying to open the firm.
SCRIPT5007: unable to get property ‘id’ of undefined or null reference.

Note I’m unable to open the form. It’s timing out.

And this error only occurs for the other users and not for you?

Try using Google Chrome (or the new Edge Chromium) and then click on the link to the right of this error message – where it shows a line number. Not click the { } button in the bottom left corner of the developer tools to “pretty print the file” and show me a screenshot of the part of the script where the error occurs.
