Hi Alexander!
Thanks for the input.
The CSS worked perfectly (of cause), thanksAs for the #2 script: I get an load error and am unable to debug since it won’t even load with the F12 debugging console present. The problem seems to be the “jQspjs” function.
Does it have to beloaded separately? Is it not included in my version? Or is this another problem with the template, which is a calendar. Thanks
Best regards,
NicoleThank you

Hi!
Thanks for the reply.
And yes I do use the cascading dropdown plugin where I can unfortunately the lookup fields I still use it, need some link to the actual item since might wnat to see additional info to that item not just a name. (And I often have multi value lookup fields, where I need the connection later on for analystics.)
Maybe, if i have time, I’ll try to go over a vLookup field. might even work out.
Thanks

NicoleHi!
Sorry for the truely really late reply but I finally managed to get this implemented – and it works like a charm 😀
Now i only need to know how to add the check for the permitted user group. Not sure if this isn’t more easy through rules..
Thanks
BR,
NicoleJust wanted to say Thx again – my users like this solution, so everything is perfect 😀

Hi!
Oh no you misunderstood – it is no problem to use it within DFFS.
BUT it’s reducing the performance speed of the form. When I use it only to filter one field on the form it’s fine, but when there are many of them, it’s getting slower and slower 🙁
Might there be an function like this in the future?
Thanks
BR,
NicoleHi!
Yes you got it right, only it’s not a vLookupId field but a normal lookupfield between the lists.
I think I understand your way and I will try this to recreat this.
Will reply here later on, thanks for the help 🙂Best regards,
NicoleHi!
This looks great, thanks
I’m going to implement it and then hopefully my users like it too 😉Best regards,
NicoleI don’t know why the solution isn’t posted here, I thought I did.
After getting the latest version and configuring the CCDD to lookup fields (in the looked up list) it worked perfectly fine.
Thanks for making this happen

NicoleHi,
I have a similar issue with a currency field. I guess it’s not taking working with the region settings of the site/SharePoint?
Thanks

NicoleHi,
does this work for multilookup fields as well?
Thanks

NicoleHi Alexander!
Thanks for the suggestion, but this didn’t really help – loading is still much slower.
I also tried to check the “No reversing of this rule” in each rule and entered the ids of the buttons that should not be shown. Sadly this didn’t make it faster either 🙁Isn’t there a possibility to hide/show the buttons through one rule? Specially, since I got an additional requirement – I will have to check group membership as well. (So the visibility of the button depends not only on the status of the item but as well the current logged in user.)
As it is now. it’s too slow and my users won’t be happy (=won’t use it)
Any other suggestions?
Thanks very muchBest regards,

NicoleHi Adam
Yes I do use this, but this only helps if the 2nd dropdown has only ONE value – which for me is only the case for one country. For all other countries there is more than one city available in the dropdown.
So while it’s really handy to have the value pre-selcted if there is only one, here I would need to be able to pre-define the value that is going to be pre-selected, even if there are more values to choose from. (Since it’s a default and not a fixed value)
Thanks
Best regards,
