Hey Alexander,
after reading your reply and thinking about an answer I realized that it’s most likely not related to DFFS at all.
It’s the same list I’m testing against. On browser is running on the SharePoint Server and the other one is a remote machine accessing the server. What confused me is the fact, that processing takes different time spans although the same browser is used on both machines.
On a related note: I added 2 screenshots and I was wondering if you could tell me when the “slow network detected” message appears, because it’s happening on the server aswell and I have no clue what network it is talking about.
Any ideas on why the jquery.js from dffs folder could not be loaded?

Thanks, that worked like a charm.
Thanks for your reply. Would it change anything if the 2. appearance would be read only by default?
Hello Alexander,
I’m wondering if it’s possible to have a single column being displayed more than one time in the same tab? Currently we’re doing this via custom code, but it’s not that easy.

Hello Alexander,
I just wanted to let you know that your code works like a charm. Thank you very much again.
Have a nice weekend
AndreasHello Alexander,
we used the new loader/overlay and changed the code for an other solution loading jQuery and it’s working now!
Thank you very much
Hello Alexander,
I have to report that the issue remains when using $, but using jQuery works fine. Not sure what I can do to provide more detailled information.
Andreas
This issue has been solved with the newest version.
I know responsiveness is something you already looked into and thought about. What are your thoughts on CSS Grids? I only recently started using them, but I really like them and from my imagination they could be an option for DFFS too.
Hello Alexander,
I’m very happy with the result I can report back to you, the improvements are substantial.
Only problem was that we used the css class you removed for improvement, but it wasn’t a big deal and the speed improvment outweights it by far.
Thank you very much,

Hello Alexander,
I’m on SharePoint 2013 OnPremise and I was able to reproduce the issue on a second farm in a brand new Teamsite (englisch language).
If there’s anything I can help you with or more information I can provide, please let me know.
Andreas
Hi,
I took jQuery as an example, but it’s true for other (even local) JavaScript files aswell. My point is, I’m getting an the error for any js file i’m trying to load.
Andreas
The loaded version is “1.12.4”
Hello Alexander,
thank you very much for the code example and I can modify it for my needs and it will work out for me. I’m a colleague of Ferdi Lethen and responsible for lists without “/lists/” prefix (which apperently is possible programmatically). I can remove /lists/ from your code and it will work afterwards.
Thank you very much
Hi,
thank you for your response. We can’t use guid, because we got several SharePoint Servers (dev, test, prd) and we move configurations from one to another. Do you have some best practices regarding this kind of scenario, because even using only url in DFFS we got an external system which is referenced. Therefor we need different urls for test and prd to the external system, which is not possible right now and includes a lot of manuell changes after deploying from Test to Prod.
Regards
