Hi Alexander,
I have a new issue with a vLookup prefill after I upgraded from the October 15, 2021 version of DFFS to the latest version available.
This vLookup was working properly before, and is specific to two date fields. When I remove these two date fields from the prefill, everything works fine, and when I add them back, it breaks.
I updated DFFS with the update loader file as usual, there’s no other issues I am seeing, just this specific functionality.
Date fields in both the parent and child list are date only, and in the vLookup I had it set the date field by just the FIN, but I also tried adding the formatting in the “To” field like the instructions describe. Neither method works. Before updating, just setting the From and the To using the FIN’s worked just fine.
Here is the console error below:

I’ll investigate and get back to you.

Sorry for the late reply. The only way I can reproduce a similar error is to use the wrong fieldinternalname of the “From” field in the “Prefill values in child” section.
Could this be the issue?

No, the setup is good. Maybe I need to delete the whole config and just rebuild it.

The vLookup itself has existed for well over a year. The issue only presented itself after I upgraded. No telling what the root cause is. Nothing has changed other than the upgrade.

I looked at it again and found that if the date field in the parent was empty, this error would show. Could this be your issue?
Try the updated version and let me know if it fixes the issue: https://spjsblog.com/dffs/dffs-change-log/#SPJS-vLookup_v22168
