I solved this. The site users also need read access to the forms list, in addition the dffs sub-folder.

I just checked on one of the users that the forms are not working for. They have the access to the DFFS folder, and the console on their IE browser shows no errors when opening the form. I’m not sure where to go now.

Thank you. That makes sense. I missed that in the installation instructions if it’s there.
