        Hi,

        I have the following setup (DFFS v4.4.5.4):
        – A list with person or group field (multiple allowed)
        – A rule for that field that is triggered based on field change. The rule basically updates a pending email (in DFFS_Email list) with some new information like updating the “To” field.

        I am running into an issue where the rule does not trigger when a person or group is removed from the people picker field using the ‘x’ next to the person or group name. I was able to get the rule to trigger by placing the cursor next to the person’s name and removing the value using backspace.

        What is even more strange is that I am not able to replicate the issue, but some users are. First I thought it may be a permissions issue, but then the rule triggering and functioning right with the backspace means they have needed permissions.

        I am not sure, what else can be done in this situation. Can you please advice?

          Sorry for the late reply – I had a problem with outgoing email from my forum and didn’t get a notification.

          I’m not able to recreate this issue myself.

          Do you have any more details that could help me recreating the issue?
