People Picker Issue newest version

I had to roll back to 4.4.4.27 due to an issue with People Picker fields not being populated in IE when they are read only. Chrome has no issues with the people picker fields when they are read only.

Is it setFieldValue on a people picker that does not work, or is it the value when it is readonly that is not showing?

I think I have replicated Kasey’s issue.

Although for me it fails in both Chrome and IE11, strangely my people picker fields are correctly set to read only in Firefox!

When my editform loads, a rule is triggered which is supposed to set two people picker fields to read only. But they are just show blank.

Some troubleshooting/configuration:
I disabled all rules except one, and debugged it to check what and if it is validating.
It also triggers a message and sets a non people picker field to read only (these work).
This rule is set to run on load only.
If the people picker fields are not changed they populate, and are shown populated in a SP list form.
I also tried setting them to visible AND read only, but either way makes no difference.

Is this with the latest BETA or the latest PROD version? – I did address this problem in the BETA about a week ago and plan to get it released later today.

I’m on the latest production version

But I still cannot see people picker and also multi-choice fields when I set them to read only in Chrome and IE, but it is working in Firefox!
