I have an email that is created for a task by rule set on new form and email template saved on new form. This works fine.
However, when the item is edited and a closure date added for the task the rule on edit form to stop the email (e.g stop:TaskOverDue) keeps failing.
Each time this rule is triggered I keep getting a ‘Missing email template for “Stop:TaskOverDue” (screen shot attached)
Any ideas on how to overcome this and ensure the stop is written to the email list?
