It is. And no matter what I change the trigger to we get the same result.
Also, I noticed that it doesn’t matter where we click in the form it stops displaying the once hidden fields. It almost seems like the form is not holding the value of the drop down – could it be clearing out to null somehow?

How do it turn on the version history on the SPJS lists? Just regular SharePoint version history or is there version history for the DFFS configurations?

A couple notes:
I found that I had a few syntax errors (lagging “;”) that needed to be removed.
This could have been my ignorance – but you leave the JS piece exactly how it is on the blog post, the only thing you have to put your subscriptionID into is the HTML field on the tab.
