        Hi , I’m having the following issue.
        When I click in the Delete link of an attachment, If I only have one attachment ,the add attachment Icon is removed, What can I do to prevent this,So the user can delete the wrong attachment and add the correct one.

          Hi,
          I’m not able to reproduce this in the latest version – which version of DFFS are you running? In the later versions the add attachment icon is a paperclip prepended to the attachment field label.

          PS: You can also use the default SharePoint button found in the form banner at the top of the page.
