        Using this:
        https://spjsblog.com/2016/02/22/time-tracker-in-a-dffs-enabled-list/

Any way to get the Start the timer button to appear like a vLookup add item button?

Here’s what I’m thinking… You are assigned a task… you go into that task and there is a vLookup to the timer… you could click “+ Add item” show a pop up timer record, click start, save, do the task, go back and edit the vLookup timer record and click stop.

But what I would like to see is that the timer starts the timer on a new vlookup on the timer for you with one click and then you can stop it with one click… and it adds a time record related to that task.

Let me know if I need to clarify my idea.

        Thanks as always.

          Hi,
Sorry for the delay. I’m Unfortunately a bit busy working on upgrades on other DFFS plugins so I cannot spend much time on this one. My first thought was to build in the timer in your task list directly so you don’t need to have the timer in an external list.

          Would this work for you?

          Alexander
