Alex, I thought I saw something a while ago that it is possible to have 2 versions of DFFS loaded in a site simultaneously and switch between them using a querystring in the form url. For the life of me, I can’t find anything about that on your site — I’m probably not searching the right words. If that capability does exist, can you point me to where I can read up on it?

You can have two or more versions of DFFS installed by changing the name of the DFFS folder like described in the “Install custom version” section below the Set up the “Local installer” section.
Maybe you refer to another method that required a DFFS folder named “DFFS_NEXT” and an url key like this:
.../Lists/Tasks/NewForm.aspx?DFFS_NEXT=1
I see that I haven’t added this to the user manual, but you find it in the change log here.
