        Hello,

        just recently we started getting the error shown on the attached picture. We haven’t found the reason for this and we’re not able to reproduce the issue reliably. If we reload the NewForm 10-20 times it will fail one time.

        Do you have any idea what the underlying issue could be?

          Hi,
          I’ll look into this issue. Do you know if you maybe have other third party solutions also loading jQuery in the same page? – this could cause this error.

            Please try the updated loader and overlay files found here.

              Hello Alexander,

              we used the new loader/overlay and changed the code for an other solution loading jQuery and it’s working now!
