show documents of documentset in a tab

I have a site with a list of Legal Matters (could also be a list of projects). I have a workflow that once an item is added in the list a document set with the same unique code as the Legal Matter (could be project) is created in a document library.
With dffs I have created a tabbed interface to maintain and show the list data. I would like to add a tab showing all the documents that belong to the corresponding document set, preferrably as a listview webpart. Is this possible?

Hi,
I tested this now, and if you use vLookup to show the document set, the document set expands like a folder when you click on it. Have you tested it?
