Rule to match blank value

        When setting a trigger rule, what syntax should be used to match a null or blank value ?

        I have tried alt 0129 and “” but neither of these seem to work.

          Ah ha ! I just worked it out by adding a | 🙂

            The pipe will actually match the “two values” [blank] and [blank]

            You are supposed to leave the “This value” field empty to compare with “null” or “blank” – did you try that?

              I thought I had but it may have been lost due to other issues with my rules. Thanks for the confirmation !
