Rending a Cascading dropdown as search

Hi Alexander,

I am using the “Render field as autocomplete search box” option on one of my fields. It works great with the exception that the second field that acts as a dropdown from it does not show the value (there is only one) until after submitting the form. When I use the “Render field as dropdown” it shows the value in the second dropdown field right away. Can the “Render field as autocomplete search box” work the same? With the way it works now I cannot use a rule to hide or show fields until after commit which does not work for my scenario. I am attaching screenshots for you.

Hi,
Can you show me the rest of the configuration under the “Render field as autocomplete search box” – are you sure you have the same setup in NewForm as you have in EditForm?
