        Hi Alexander,
        I have another question relating to people or group lookup field and workflow.

        We using a ‘Person or Group’ for Hiring Manager field to generated emails and various stages in the workflow. We can set field to displayed (last & first name) in the workflow-generated emails, but have not successfully get it to show (first & last name). My question is “How can we set field to show first and last name?”

          I don’t think this is a question specific to Alexander’s solutions, however the person field can display various properties of the underlying user profile service.
          In the workflow you can probably configure it to pull in both first and last names separately, then add a space (” “) in between them to arrive at what you need.
