Not showing fields to enter in popup window while uploading file with lookup

Hi Alexander,

I am having strange issue while uploading file from Custom SP List with DFFS configured along with Related attachments configuration (vLookup). Since I tried re-installing DFFS for editform at that time it got worked for first it displays fields to update one file got upload.

Again I got the same issue while uploading attachment which will eventually get stored in seperate document library with lookup mapped with Custom List. I re-visited the configuration settings. I am not sure why it is behaving like that. It is working for other sites.

Please help me on this.

It’s hard to tell without more information. Please hit F12 to bring up the developer tools and select Console before trying again – do you see any error messages?

Please find the attached screenshot from Console. I tried the setup from new site in that also I have experience the same error.

I see that one of the errors refer to dffs_jslink.js – this is not the recommended installation method. Is there any reason you use JSLink and not the DFFS Installer v2?

When this is said, I fixed a bug that has been caused by a change in SharePoint in the latest version – so updating might fix this issue: https://spjsblog.com/dffs/dffs-change-log/#DFFS_JSLinkjs_v118
