A few of us are trying to develop a way of doing inline editing of a child record from the parent form without having to open the child new or edit form.

Is it possible to get a non-minimized version of the DFFS files so we can learn how some of your internal vlookup functions work to leverage them for this project?

If we are able to come up with a solution that is fairly easy to implement, we would be glad to share it with the entire DFFS community.

          Hi,
Have you checked out this topic?: https://spjsblog.com/forums/topic/vlookup-inline-editing-example/

I can send you an unminified file, but you can also unpack it by using this tool: https://www.cleancss.com/javascript-beautify/

Thank you Alex. I had not looked at the earlier post, so I’ll see how far we get with that. There are very smart people helping me with this effort, so that blog should give us/them the hints we need to play with inline editing. I’ll let you know how it goes.

That’s great – let me know if you have any questions.
