        I initally have a header and several questions hidden when the form opens.

        I have three questions, all pass/fail. If a question is a fail, I have a rule that will set another field to show a certain character and make a header and additional questions editable.

        My problem is when the 2nd or 3rd questions get’s answered as a pass, my fields then become hidden again from when the fail rule was triggered.

        I am pretty sure it has something to do with the “And these rule indexes are true” I just can’t figure it out. Help Please!

          Hi,
          Sorry for the delay. I think this one may be related to the bug that was fixed in v4.257 https://spjsblog.com/dffs/dffs-change-log/. Can you check to see if this was it?
