Hide Tab Based On Permissions Group

I am trying to show an additional tab on one of my lists, only to a select group of people, and I have set the field “Which groups can view this tab?” to the correct grouping that I would like, and it is not working at all. If I leave the “Which groups…” field blank, then I can correctly see the additional tab (but so can everyone at this point). When I set the field to equal the specific group, it disappears (and I have verified that I am in the group). I am not sure what is causing this, as I have used this functionality before in other lists and they have worked as expected.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also have no other Rules that are hiding or showing specific tab indexes, so that cannot be overruling it either.

Hi,
Could you try with the latest version of DFFS to see if this might be a bug in the version you are currently using?

Also, if the user is member of this group as a member of an AD-group added to the SP-Group you can look at this post to see if this will work
