Headers duplicating

Have you ever seen an issue where all headings were duplicating at the bottom of each tab? We have an instance where the top of each tab looks correct but after the last field all heading’s from each tab are being rendered again at the bottom of all tabs. No errors in the console and it is only happening on one record. I assumed it was a bad rule but headings that should only appear on their individual tabs are being rendered at the bottom of each tab.

I cannot recall what it was, but I have seen this before. I think maybe it was due to a misspelled element name in “Visible headings or elements” or “Hidden headings or elements”, but I’m not 100% sure.
