Filed not showing choice

I have a form that cascades 5 times. The 4th cascade does not display correctly when the previous 2 fields auto populate. This occurs after saving. The hidden text field still contains the data as it is not lost if you save again. When disabling the auto-pop there is no issue. I am using v3.527 with DFFS v3.352. I saw there was an updated version of Casc but am unable to find it. The image shows cascades 2-5.

Try turning on the “Write debug information to the top of the page” option and post the log here.
