Error reading ‘charAt’

Hi Alexander,
I was configuring a form that has a few lookups, when I view the form, I see this error underneath the lookup field (which does display) Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘charAt’) I am using version 1.0.27.0 which is the most current version approved for use in our environment.

I have deleted the field from Formbuilder, saved, exit. Then reopened, and readded the field. Same issue. I have other lookups on this form which work fine. Any ideas?

Can you add a few screenshots of that you see? – also include a screenshot of any error messages you see when you hit F12 and select “Console” and then reload the form.
