Error Alert (missing ID in the URL)

Hello Alex , I’m having the next issue with a List that I created from a Template List which already have DFFS installed with a previous version. But when I setup DFFS in the New Form I get the next message DFFS functionality will not be applied because you are attempting to load a non-existing list item (missing ID in the URL). .However in the Display and EditForm works normally.Any toughts on how can I fix this?
The new form name is dfNewSCN.aspx.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay. DFFS does not support forms modified in SharePoint Designer, and will only work on the default forms – NewForm.aspx, DispForm.aspx and EditForm.aspx.
