Enter setup on Edit form missing

I’ve set up a list and am using it with VLookup. Somehow my configuration info for the Edit Form for the target list is corrupt or missing. Display form is ok, but When I open the edit form, there is no way to enter the DFFS Backend and import the settings from the display form. I’ve tried cloning it and it still isn’t working.

Is there a way to force a set up for a form that is missing info on one of the three form types?

UPDATE: I figured out that something had corrupted the Default Edit and Display forms. I reset those with the Overlay and CEWP and we are back in business.
