That way, the instructions currently in lines 1 and 2 of the installer files could be eliminated.
(Because in our company, we are not supposed to pull jquery from the internet, we have to update every installer file, and likely users in the company are in violation of that policy without realizing it.)
The reason for the external reference is that jQuery is needed for installer to work for the initial setup.
Because the SPJS folder is not always on the same path (if it is not installed on the root of the site collection) all users would have to edit this file to set the correct internal jQuery reference when setting up the installer.
I’ll see if I might be able to rewrite the DFFS installer initial setup to not use jQuery so this external script reference can be removed.
