Email Active Tab Error

        I have email active tab activated, but some users receive this error message:

        Failed to send email based on the template “currentTab”.
        Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.

        My question is – does the user need to have “Create Alerts” permissions turned on for this feature to work?

          Hi,
          Sorry for the delay. I guess the problem is related to the users not having write access to the list “DFFS_Email” in the site where they attempt to send the email.
