Delete error message on New item form.

Hi I’m getting the following error, when I try to delete a vlookup child item in a New Item Form, I get an error message , where I’m sending to a “/NewForm.aspx&sTab=0” address, what should I correct to prevent this issue.When I delete a child item in the EditForm I don’t get any error.

Hi,
What kind of error did you get? – please attach a few screenshots of your vLookup config and how you are deleting the item.

Remember to remove all sensitive information before taking the screenshots.

Thanks Alexander , the following are the error message I get.
I try to delete the item , from the delete Item option in the child Item
