        Hello,

I’m running into an issue with a dropdown. I’ve attached some pics (apologies if not clear) of the column name ‘Choice 1’ showing a ‘spinning wheel’. I have the source and current list columns as single line of text.

Please advise if if you need additional information to assist with troubleshooting.

        Thank you!
        Mike

          Hi,
I need to see the base URL you use in the config – the image is to low quality and you have masked to much of the URL. I don’t need to see the https://your.domain.com part – only the last part of the path.

Also, try hitting F12 to bring up the developer tools and select Console – now refresh the page and show me any error messages there.

            Hello,

I pasted the URL into ‘note to self’ so you can see the entire string.

Also, there was 1 error noted when hitting f12.

            Thanks,
            Mike

The BaseUrl should be like this:

              /sites/tog-infosvcs-690

That was it! I made the correction and the dropdown populated.

I think we can consider this resolved. I will now move on to working with cascading dropdown for lookup fields-which I have seen other posts about.

I appreciate you taking the time to help a newbie! 🙂

                Thanks!
                Mike

I’m glad you got it up and running!
