Workflow – send an email with Attachments

Afternoon Alex

Question, it is possible to send an email and include the attachment documents in the email?

I am using the DFFS for an approval process, with the DFFS i am creating the views that each of the different approves would have (different tabs, fields, etc.) then i created the Workflow for the approval process in which an email is been send when somebody approves their part and go to the next stage.

The problem that i am facing now is that when we finally get the final approval an email needs to be send to an specific group of people that include the “Attached documents” that were collected during the full approval process. It needs to be the attachment itself.

If is possible to do this with the DFFS tool?

This is not possible without a third party workflow action. I know https://plumsail.com/ has something, but I haven’t tested it myself.
