        Hi there

I’ve looking to create a chart based on a count of values generated by the vLookup. As the count is done on the fly and not stored it is not possible to generate a chart. Is there a clever way of doing this?

        Thanks

        Gerry

          Hi there

How about a static value field for a vLookup column when count/sum/average is used. Static field could be similarly named as the look up version or selected in the configuration form.

          Regards

          Gerry

            Hi,
Sorry, but vLookups does not “exist” in the parent list. The query is performed on the fly and there are no values stored.

Your best bet is to create a chart directly targeting the child list.
