Tooltip Misaligned

        So my tooltips are appearing in odd places (see screenshot). How do I troubleshoot this or is this just something that could happen? Not sure where to start since the data entered is so basic. Thought it was missing at first but then realized it was way below the Submit button.

          Not sure what could cause this. Can you email me a screenshot of the full page (mask any sensitive information) so I can see if it might give me some clues.

            Going to email you as masking that much might make the page illegible lol.
