Rename Add/remove buttons with description

Hi Alex,

I’d need to rename buttons depicted in the screenshot.
Also description.
Can you help me out?
I found that with F12 developer console – DOM – but I don’t know how to edit it 🙁
(I tried some code like this – but it did not work out)

$("input[id$='ObedyLookup_casc_btnAdd']").val("MyValue");
