Hello. Is it possible to create a rule to make certain fields read only for only certain SP groups?
Example how you can display and hide tabs for user groups – can we somehow make fields read only based on the rule of looking for user groups and validating? But then other groups can edit.
Yes, use the trigger “SharePoint group membership: Logged in user is member of group”, or “SharePoint group membership: Logged in user is NOT member of group” and set the actions you want (hidden tabs, readonly fields etc.) in that rule.
