People Picker Believes it is Empty

Hi,

I have two forms that are suffering from the following issue: when I click edit form, there is a required people picker field that is highlighted and asking to be filled in. However, the field was already filled in during New Form Creation and is not empty. Other people picker fields in the forms are not behaving this way. On one form the field is populated through DFFS with current user, on the other it is blank until filled in by the user.

It is intermittent, but seems to happen more when the field is also read only, which causes the field to be editable as it wants you to fill it in!

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi,
The loading / validation of the PP is asynchronous and you might be able to fix it by delaying the DFFS loading in the “Defer loading of DFFS” seting in the Misc tab.
