list all attachments when clicking the paperclip in a list view updated version

Quick bug I ran into that I am hoping you are able to assist in resolving.

I have seen an issue where users uploaded an attachment with an apostrophe (‘) in the file name.
and instead of

http://Site/Lists/ListName/Attachments/223/FirstName%20LastName%27s%20File.pdf

The web part generates the link to the file as

http://Site/Lists/ListName/Attachments/223/FirstName%20LastName

For some reason it is truncating the link at the special character (‘)

I have updated the code to escape the apostrophe – check if v1.71 fixes the problem.
