        Just thought I’d relay this back… When creating new forms, this version puts all the “hidden” columns in as defaults on the new form. Is this supposed to happen? I find myslef having to delete them all and add the “user” columns one by one…

          Ah – I must have messed up a filter that removes the built in fields when I added the additional lookup column option. I’ll get it fixed and publish a new version later this week.
