        Has there been any reported issues with attachments not showing in the Disp/Edit form. The field is visible but the attachments are not there to access.

          No, I don’t think I have heard that before. Are you using any custom js or css on this field?

          Try right click > inspect and look at the code to see if you see why it is hidden (look at the styles on the attachment table).
