Alex,

Sorry! One other question. Is there any way to point to an absolute URL instead of the relative URL? Within my organization, the SharePoint site collections can sit on different servers (example: http://spA.company.com and http://spB.company.com). Ideally, I’d like use Autocomplete on a list on spA to query a list on spB, but I haven’t been able to get that to work.

        Thanks in advance!

I’m afraid it is not possible to use this solution cross site collections.
