ok so I am just thinking out loud here. Using a rule to fill in my name “{currentUser:Name}” fills my name in just fine. but for some reason I am still not considered a valid user in the Email and Print setup. Also, I did not get one when I used the workflow ass well but seems to work for everyone else…. hmm

OK please disregard this for now. It would seem that it works for everyone BUT me…. Apparently I am invalid lol….

Clarification, I meant the “Start the timer” button. I would like it to show when I add a new child record. Thanks again.

A few things real quick. I had the same issue and this topic solved it. Just a quick something I was thinking about. I was unable to search this forum so I had to page through and read every topic to find the correct one to help. Am I missing the search for this or just plain being an idiot? lol as always, great work!

Good day sir. This worked great for getting from one form to another. I looked through your forums and cannot come up with a way to redirect a user to a simply URL like http://www.mysite.com
I am using the current version of DFFS
    I am using sharepoint 2013
I used this $(“input[id$=’diidIOSaveItem’]”).attr(“onclick”,”window.history.back()”); but of course that did not work out that well…only partially because I do notknow what I am doing.

Is there a bit of code I can add to the Custom JS in DFFS that will submit that data on save and redirect a user to a URL?

    Thanks!!!

OK so this actually does work but I feel like I did not articulate what I am after.
1: End User opens a new form
2: link in CEWP allows them to activate a tab

What I do not see is how I can identify ?ID= without there actually being an ID generated at the time because it is a new, unsaved form. I do not have a problem putting a button in a header in the tabs if this is how to get it done and will work.

    Thanks!!!

So A little further testing. If I use the JSLINK setup this is what I got. If I use the CEWP setup it works fine. very strange indeed.
