The code is not working for me….

Hi,
When I use f12 to check why it is not working it states:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property ‘init’ of undefined or null reference
File: SLTtoDropdown.js, Line: 1, Column: 1
If you look at the version info attached it is not even loading the script….
I have recently upgraded to IE11
Attached is my version information.the “Blob”, Screen shot of what the form looks like after I use F12, and a screenshot of the error.

Hi,
You are most likely missing a reference to this file, but I’m not familiar with the file “SLTtoDropdown.js” so I cannot tell what it is and why it errors out. Look at your source files and see if you can locate any function calls involving this file.
