show a tab only to a certain person/group field

I have a person/group field “manager”. The person filling out the form puts in the manager name.
In the view document I want to create a rule where the Manager is the only person to see a tab.
When I go to create the rule the manager field does not show up for the condition, I guess because it is a person/group field(I don’t see any of those groups). The field is going to have one name in it and it can change doc to doc…
How can I create the rule?

You can use the trigger “Compare logged in user with people picker field”. Let me know how this works out.
