Search not working

I just noticed that the search bar at top of the site doesnt do anything when you are in a display, edit or new form.

It looks like this search bar in not working in _layouts/15/splistform.aspx. It seems to be a known limitation when working with custom forms in SharePoint, and there is unfortunately not much more I can do than to hide the search bar when interacting with New, Disp or EditForm in _layouts/15/splistform.aspx through Modern DFFS.

I’ll make it disappear in the next version.

Hi Alex,
I installed v1.2.9 and now the search bar is disappearing from a list view as well. It is a good thing that its hidden when you view/add/delete a record (so that users wont get confused why the search doesnt work). However, when it gets disappeared from the list view itself, users are not able to search that list. Please have the search bar displaying in list views.

Ah, the code was a bit to general and I didn’t notice that it hid the one in the list view also. I’ll get it fixed so the search bar is visible in the list view in the next version – most likely tomorrow.
