Email Date

Hello, I created an e-mail with a {DueDate}-1 in the send date. I created this in New form. Should this be in display or edit form? I want the email to send the day before due date even if the form is not loaded or changed? Is that possible?

Not sure what you mean – your email should have been added to the “DFFS_Email” list with a send date one day prior to your DueDate – go to the list and verify that it is there.

If your users are able to change the DueDate in EditForm you must repeat the same email template id in EditForm to reset to the new DueDate.
