display List View in DFFS new form

I’m building an attestation form. Is there a way to display a list view within the form itself so the user knows the list content they are attesting to?

User A is attesting to Apples. Selects Apples from drop down list then an ‘Apples’ view from another list (same site) is displayed below that shows the various fields and records currently in the ‘Apples’ view. User B would do the same when attesting to ‘Berries’ and a Berries view would display for them to attest accuracy of that view, etc.

Sorry, but it is not possible to include a list view directly, but maybe you can use the vLookup plugin? – check it out here: https://spjsblog.com/vlookup-for-sharepoint/
