Custom JS works in IE, errors in Chrome/Firefox

I’m using a PreSaveAction() function in the Custom JS section. This works perfectly well in all versions of IE but the generic ‘review your javascript’ error comes up when I try to open the form in Firefox or Chrome and this function no longer works.

Have you seen this before?

Sorry for the delay. I have not seen this before, but If you post the code here (as a txt file attachment) I can take a look to see if there is something obvious.
