Table Style layout

      I am attempting to create a table style layout of some data on my form. My PM has asked that part of the form look like this.
      See attached image… On SharePoint 2007, older version of DFFS but can upgrade if needed to make it easier

      Hi,
      I’m sorry for not replying – I must have had a problem with the notifications from the forum as I had missed quite a few comments.
