Missing side-by-side header after tab switch

I created a tabbed form (config.jpg)
1. Open form, headers apear correct (header.jpg)
2. Switch to other tab and switch back, headers are missing (missing.jpg)

any idea? maybe custom fields creating this error?

Found a solution that works for me with the labels, without headers. You can close this thread.

Hi,
To fix this, you must move the headings up – over the field where you pull it into the side-by-side field.
